Rachel Rose: Enclosure

The LUMA Foundation presents at LUMA Arles Enclosure, an immersive video installation designed by Rachel Rose. Presented on a specially designed holographic screen, Enclosure tells the story, in a supernatural atmosphere, of a hijacking that takes place in the English agrarian world of the 17th century. Marking the transition from feudalism to capitalism, the contemporaries of this period were disenfranchised, facing an uncertain future marked by fear and theft.
