Do I need to book a ticket in advance?
Reservations via our website are strongly recommended. If there are still places available, time-stamped tickets can be purchased directly on site on the day of the visit, but without any guarantee of availability if all the slots have already been sold.
How do I book my ticket?
To book your ticket, simply visit our online ticketing service and select the tour slot of your choice. Following your booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to your e-tickets.
What type of ticket can I book?
Access to all areas is free for all. You can therefore book a free ticket online, which gives access to The Tower and to the exhibitions presented in the historical buildings of the Parc des Ateliers. It is also possible to book a ticket for the guided tours, in French or English.
I did not receive the confirmation email for my ticket reservation...
If you think you have made your booking and you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your SPAM (junk) mailbox. If the problem persists, you can contact us.
Do I have to print my ticket?
You have the choice of presenting your ticket on a smartphone or printing it out. In this case, your ticket can be printed in black and white or in colour.
What do I do if I have lost or damaged my printed ticket?
Your ticket is available online at any time and is valid until the time of booking. You can reprint it via the link in the confirmation e-mail or by accessing your personal space. You can also present your e-ticket on your smartphone.
Can I print my ticket as many times as I want?
Yes, but only the first person to present this ticket (including the electronic version on a smartphone) will be admitted. This person will be presumed to be the legitimate ticket holder.
Can I leave and then come back with my ticket?
For security reasons, access to The Tower is controlled and exit is final. However, you can freely visit all the other spaces of the Parc des Ateliers upon presentation of your ticket, subject to capacity restrictions.
What if I don't arrive on time?
Your reservation time corresponds to your admission time into The Tower.
If you arrive late, you may be admitted into The Tower by booking new timed tickets directly on site, but there is no guarantee of availability if all the slots have already been booked.
We recommand visitors to come early to the Parc des Ateliers: excepting The Tower, you will be able to visit all the other spaces of the Parc des Ateliers freely before or after your reservation time, upon presentation of your ticket.
